Who we are

Claircon is a trading name of Paul Joiner, a sole trader based in Codsall, Wolverhampton. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Paul Joiner trading as Claircon is the controller of your personal information.

The information we collect

When you contact us

If you phone, email or message us on WhatsApp, we'll receive the details you give us. Typically that includes:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the address or postcode of the property
  • details about the property and the work you're interested in
  • any photos you choose to send us
  • notes of our conversations and any quotes we give you

The quote form

The quote form on this website doesn't send or store anything itself. When you press a send button, it puts your details into a WhatsApp message or an email on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you send that message.

If you become a customer

We'll also keep records of the work carried out, the equipment installed, invoices and payments, and the records we're legally required to keep for equipment containing refrigerant (F-gas).

When you visit this website

This website does not use cookies and does not run advertising tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't identify you personally.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. If we add other analytics in future, we'll update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
